How To Order

 

Our goal is to make ordering your stationery as easy and stress-free as possible!

 

Pre-Designed Collection

1. Fall in love with a design from our collection

  • Not sure what design to choose? We’ll work with you to find the perfect invitation. 

 

2. Place your order.

  • Find all the products you require and fill in the appropriate text boxes and make your selections from the pull-down menus. 
  • Enter the quantity and then click the ‘add to cart’ button next to the product image and this product will be added to your shopping basket. 
  • The contents of your basket will then appear. Here you can amend the quantity you would like to order or continue shopping.
  • Follow the prompts to pay via PayPal

 

3. We will contact you via email

  • We’re here to help you with your wording and other requirements so we will be in touch regarding any information we may need to work on your stationery.

 

4. Approve your design proof. 

  • Upon purchase of your invitations we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with the final layout of the design (this will be done through email). 
  • You’ll receive a colour pdf proof within 3-5 business days of completing your order. 
  • You’ll also receive three free rounds of proofs. So all up about 5-10 days. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, dates, times etc on the proof before printing will commence.
  • Guest lists will be copied exactly as submitted so please check details prior to sending. 

 

5. Get ready to be delighted!

  • We ship approximately 2-3 weeks after proof approval.
  • Please note that final payment will be required before we ship your stationery.

 


Customising our Pre-Designed Collection

 

Have you fallen in love with one our designs but just want to tweak it a little bit?

 

Picking any one of the invitations you see on our site and tailoring it to your style with colors, papers, different fonts, or added pieces can be a more affordable and timely option.


To order, email or call with the design you are interested in and the changes you would require. A .pdf contract and pricing will be written up for you with in 1 week. A signed contract and 50% deposit is due before receiving your first proof.

 

Once the proofs are approved by you, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of final product.

 

 

Bespoke Designs

 

Bespoke Designs are a 3-6 month process from start to finish.

 

  • First there is a consultation by phone, email or person to person.  After discussing ideas and getting to know the overall vision of the wedding and feel you would like to portray, a .pdf contract and pricing will be written up based on the design concept talked about in the initial consultation and sent to you within 1 week of the meeting.

 

  • Before any design work is commenced your non-refundable deposit of 50% and a signed contract must be received.

 

  • Then the Fun begins! You will receive 2-3 design ideas with the invitation as the core piece. Once that is perfected the other pieces will follow in suit. You are allowed unlimited revisions until it is ready to print and YOU LOVE IT!

 

  • Printing time is 2-3 weeks
