All artwork if protected by copyright law. 2012 All rights reserved. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Papertales, no part maybe reproduced in whole or part under any circumstances. Papertales do reserve the right to reproduce all or part of any product produced by Papertales for marketing purposes.

 

Prices       
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change. All quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

Payment       
Payment can be made by Paypal. Order only becomes active once full payment is received for the Pre-Designed Collection and a 50% deposit for Bespoke Designs.

 

Refunds             
Clients may cancel an order without any financial penalty only in the 24 hour period after the order is received. Clients cancelling their order after the ‘cool off’ period has expired but before giving their final approval to any design, are entitled to a refund of 50% of the total price. Once final artwork approval is signed off by the client, no changes can be made nor will Papertales refund any portion of the payment.

 

Minimum Orders      
30 minimum of any order applies. For special requests please contact us on info@papertales.com.au

 

Delivery         
Your items will be hand delivered if you live in Port Stephens or we will post them to you by registered post, 2-3 weeks from final artwork sign off. We take great care in packaging your items so they arrive safe and sound at your door, in pristine condition, and as a result Papertales are in no way liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties in the delivery process.

 

Deadlines      
Any orders required prior to the normal delivery period will require an additional loading depending upon your request.

 

Proofs           
Once a design has been completed, a proof will be either emailed or sent by post for your approval. Please ensure that you check text carefully prior to signing off. Any additional changes after sign off may incur additional charges. We will require written approval for your design (via email or fax is acceptable)

 

Colours/finish        
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from the printed version. Some colours may vary slightly depending on stock and finish chosen.

 

Errors                
If any errors occur in your item, compared with what was sent through with your signed approval, please notify Papertales immediately and your order will be corrected, reprinted and delivered at no charge. However, any client errors appearing after sign off, will be reprinted at the client’s expense.

 

Privacy               
We consider your personal details confidential and will not distribute to any third party.

 

Our Guarantee            
We believe that you will love the product we deliver to you becasue we will have worked with you every step of the way to make sure everything is perfect. If you're not happy with our product, we'll be very sad!

 

If you want to claim your money back, here's what you'll need to do...
1. Notify us in writing within 2 weeks of receiving your product.
2. Tell us why you don't love our product.
3. Give us the opportunity to replace or ammend your product.
4. If we can't make you happy we'll return your money and pay the cost of having our product returned to us.

 

- If you just change your mind, we're afraid there's no refunds.
- If you have signed off on a proof of your artwork and then change your mind later, well there's no refund for that either.
